Most window cleaning is soap, ammonia and a bucket of it running down your wall. Ours is a pure-water system — the same thing professional cleaners moved to, and it happens to be the greenest way to do the job.

Pure water system Tap water runs through carbon and resin filters down to almost zero minerals, then up the water-fed pole. It dries invisible — no soap film, no spots.

Stainless squeegees with fresh rubber, microfiber scrubbers, professional glass soap, and a water-fed pole running filtered water. The same tools full-time window cleaners use — we bought them on purpose and we look after them.

Fresh rubber is the entire reason glass comes out streak-free. A nicked blade is what leaves those thin lines down a shop window, so we change ours often.

What shop owners ask us

Most small shops have five or six big front panes plus a door. That usually lands between $75 and $180, depending on size and whether you want insides too. Run it through the estimator above for a real number, or just ask us for a free quote.

Once a job prices out over $400 we switch to $70 an hour instead of per pane. Big frontages take longer than a pane count suggests, so hourly is fairer both ways. We walk the job with you and agree the hours before we start — you never get a surprise.

If rain is forecast we call the morning of and move you, free. Clean rain doesn't spot clean glass — it's the dirt already on the window that makes rain look bad. If your frontage genuinely looks worse within 48 hours of us leaving, we come back and redo it at no charge.

About 20 ft with the water-fed pole from the ground — which covers a normal shop frontage and the glass above it. Above that, or anything needing a lift or rope access, we turn it down and tell you to call a full-time commercial crew. We'd rather lose the job than take one we can't do safely.

Yes, and we prefer it. Early morning, evening, or whatever your quiet hour is. We're in school during the day, so out-of-hours suits us as much as it suits you.

No. We towel the sills and squeegee the sidewalk dry behind us. A wet entrance is a slip risk and a bad look for your shop — leaving one would be doing the job badly.

Yes. Inside glass gets scrubber, squeegee and a microfiber detail on the edges. Tick "Inside too" in the estimator to see what it adds. We work around your display and won't move your merchandise unless you ask us to.
