Most window cleaning is soap, ammonia and a bucket of it running down your wall. Ours is a pure-water system — the same thing professional cleaners moved to, and it happens to be the greenest way to do the job.

Pure water system Tap water runs through carbon and resin filters down to almost zero minerals, then up the water-fed pole. It dries invisible — no soap film, no spots.

Our pole reaches the second story while we stand safely on your grass. That means most of your high glass gets done without a ladder anywhere near your gutters — no boots in the flower beds, no ladder feet in the mulch.

Where the pole genuinely can't reach — an awkward angle, a window tucked under an overhang — we bring a ladder or step stool and set it up properly: level ground, one of us footing it, and we never lean it on the gutters or the glass.

Why our windows

Tap water is full of dissolved minerals. When it dries, the water leaves — the minerals stay, as white spots. That's why hosing off a window makes it look worse.

We filter our rinse water down to almost zero minerals. It grabs dirt off the glass on the way down, then evaporates leaving absolutely nothing behind. No towel ever touches the outside of your glass.

Glass doesn't get scratched by cloths or brushes — it gets scratched by a piece of grit trapped under one. So our entire routine is built around grit control: rinse first, rinse constantly, fresh water, fresh rubber.

The one tool that can scratch is the scraper, so it only ever touches soaking wet glass, and never glass we're unsure about. If we're not certain, we stop and ask you.

We're 13, and that's exactly why we work from the ground with a water-fed pole for as much of the high glass as we can — it keeps us on the ground for most of the job. When a window needs a ladder or a step stool we set it up on level ground and one of us always foots it while the other works. Our parents know every job we take, help us get there, and are around for the higher outside work.

No. The brush head is soft nylon designed for glass, and we rinse grit off the brush before it touches the window. Grit is what scratches glass — not the brush — so we're careful about it every single time.

Because we rinse with purified water. Normal tap water has minerals in it, and when it dries those minerals stay behind as white spots. Take the minerals out and the water dries invisible. Full explanation here →

Yes. Insides get the classic treatment: scrubber, squeegee, and a microfiber detail on the edges. We take our shoes off and put a towel down under every window.

Our rain policy: if rain is forecast for your wash day we call you the morning of and move it, free — we'd rather reschedule than take your money for a job the weather ruins. And clean rain doesn't spot clean glass: it's the dirt already on a window that makes rain look bad. If your windows genuinely look worse within 48 hours of us leaving, we come back and redo them free.

Straight answer: our water-fed pole reaches about 20 ft — the ground floor and most second-storey glass on a normal house. Where the pole can't reach we use a ladder or step stool on level ground with one of us footing it and a parent around. Anything higher or more awkward than that, we turn the job down and tell you to call a full-time crew. We'd rather lose a job than get hurt or damage your house.
